Kraków is considered to be the gourmet capital of Poland and the past decade has seen a great increase in the number of both native and foreign restaurants in operation as tourist economy continues to develop. Most of the better restaurants are to be found in the historic, old part of town. Bistros, grills, cafes and fine dining, they're all here.
